Replacement Policy

- Damaged or Broken Item – If the item arrives damaged or broken due to shipping or handling.
Conditions for Replacement
- Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged, faulty, or incorrect item must be provided.
How to Request a Replacement

- Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and supporting photos/videos.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
- If approved, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.
Items Not Eligible for Replacement
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Personal care items, cosmetics, undergarments, and consumables due to hygiene reasons.
- Items reported after 24 hours of delivery.
Note: The availability of a replacement is subject to stock availability. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equal value.
